For Mathcounts, TI 89 Titanium calculators are permitted in the Target, Team and Tiebreaker (if needed) Rounds.
College Board AP Calculator Policy
Calculators (including TI-89 or TI-89 Titanium) can be used on the following AP Exams (Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Physics 1, Physics 2, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: Electricity & Magnetism, and Statistics).
As of 2018, students taking the AP Biology Exam may use a four-function (with square root), scientific, or graphing calculator.
Calculator memories do not need to be cleared before or after the exam.
A graphing calculator is also allowed for SAT Math Section and as well as the Math Subject Test.
